Alvarez vs. Aoki for DREAM on NYE

Eddie Alvarez will be fighting Shinya Aoki in an MMA match on New Years Eve for the K-1 / DREAM co-promotion supercard. The matchup was scheduled earlier at DREAM.5 after Eddie beat Kawajiri but he had to pull out due to injury. Both fighters are considered top 10 lightweights by some experts and has kindled a good amount of interest on the Internet.

Also on the card for MMA is Jerome LeBanner vs. Mark Hunt. Jerome recently lost his last kickboxing match against Remy Bonjasky and Mark Hunt is on a three fight losing streak in MMA against pretty stiff competition (Josh Barnett, Fedor Emelianenko, and Alistair Overeem).
